UNHCR and Cardano Foundation Launch NFT Series to Support Refugees and Artists
UNHCR, a global organization dedicated to helping people forced to flee their homes due to conflict and persecution, has teamed up with the Cardano Foundation and other non-profits to launch a new non-fungible token series. This NFT collection aims to support refugees, empower young artists, and fund sustainable art projects.
The Cardano Foundation, a Swiss non-profit, is working alongside UNHCR and other partners to release the ‘Cardano Summit 2024’ NFT collection. This collection is now available for minting on NMKR until December 04, 2024.
In addition to the Cardano Foundation, Project Catalyst, Cardano Summit, and Goodwall have also joined forces to make this initiative possible. NMKR, a prominent NFT infrastructure provider on the Cardano blockchain, is supporting the creation and launch of custom NFT projects for this collection.
The Cardano Summit 2024 NFT Collection features digital artworks from young artists in various African countries, such as Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Madagascar, and more. This collection includes two tiers: Official NFT and Special Collection. The minting for this edition will close on December 04, 2024, coinciding with the Cardano Summit in Dubai.
By participating in this NFT collection, you have the opportunity to support meaningful causes, including aiding refugees, empowering young artists, and funding sustainable art initiatives. Don’t miss out on this chance to make a positive impact!
