Digital Asset Fund Flows Report: Volume 211 | December 2024
Have you ever wondered how much water you should really be drinking every day? It’s a common question, and the answer may surprise you. According to the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, the recommended daily water intake is about 3.7 liters (or 125 ounces) for men and 2.7 liters (or 91 ounces) for women.
But here’s the catch: that doesn’t mean you have to drink all of that water. In fact, about 20% of our daily water intake comes from the food we eat. So if you’re consuming plenty of fruits and vegetables, you may not need to drink as much water.
It’s also important to listen to your body and drink when you’re thirsty. Your hydration needs can vary depending on factors like your activity level, the weather, and your overall health. If you’re feeling thirsty, tired, or have dark yellow urine, these may be signs that you need to drink more water.
Of course, it’s always a good idea to talk to your doctor about your individual hydration needs. They can help you determine the right amount of water for your body and lifestyle. In the meantime, try to keep a water bottle handy and take sips throughout the day to stay hydrated and healthy. Cheers to good hydration!
