Former President Trump Launches ‘America First’ NFT Collection with Bitcoin-Backed Digital Cards

Former US President Donald Trump has unveiled a fresh series of non-fungible tokens (NFT) through a post on Truth Social on August 27. These new cards, issued by NFT International LLC, are priced at $99 each. The latest collection, titled “Series 4: The America First Collection,” comprises 50 digital cards featuring images of the presidential candidate, including his iconic dance moves and images of him holding Bitcoins (BTC).

Buyers of multiple cards can enjoy various physical experiences, such as gold Trump-themed sneakers for a 5-card purchase and a dinner with Trump for a 75-card acquisition. Notably, a 15-card purchase entitles the buyer to a physical card of Trump with a piece of the suit he wore in the June 27 debate. The most exclusive package, limited to the first 25 buyers, offers 11 different benefits, including two tickets for an exclusive dinner with Trump at his Private Club in Jupiter, Florida, on September 22. This package also includes a digital card inscribed on Bitcoin’s network as an Ordinal.

The total market cap of the Trump collections has surpassed $13 million as of August 27, according to data from the NFT Price Floor platform. The first collection’s NFT floor price is currently at $230.92, marking a 133% increase from the mint price of $99 despite a 35% slide in the last three months. Additionally, sales for this collection have grown by 14% during the same period.

In contrast, “Series 2” of Trump’s NFTs has not garnered the same level of investor attention. The floor price for these digital cards stands at $44.16, representing a 55.4% decrease from the $99 mint price. Sales for this series have declined by 13% over the past 90 days, with the floor price experiencing nearly a 43% drawdown.

The “MugShot Edition,” released in December last year, currently has a floor price of $129.53, showing approximately a 31% increase from its $99 mint price despite a 25% pullback in the last 90 days. Collectively, the three Trump-related NFT collections launched so far have a combined value exceeding $13 million.

In summary, Donald Trump’s latest NFT collection continues to attract interest and investment, with each series offering unique digital and physical rewards for buyers. The market performance of these collections reflects varying levels of investor engagement and value appreciation across the different series.
